KALLONi SPA Cold Immersion

Cold therapy isn’t just a wellness trend anymore — it’s become a must-have experience for guests who want to recharge both body and mind. From athletes looking to recover faster to everyday spa-goers seeking a unique way to reset, an ice bath service can add serious value to your already impressive spa offering.

After visiting your beautiful hotel and discussing the vision with your team, we’ve explored the ideal spots for installation and got to work designing options that not only fit, but belong in your space.

In this presentation, you’ll find tailor-made solutions crafted specifically for your environment — blending function, design, and that cool factor (literally). We’ve poured thought into every detail to make sure this project not only makes sense — but stands out.

So, let’s break the ICE.. and dive into the designs.

Why This Location?

During our visit, we identified a hidden gem within your grounds — the two pergolas in the garden area. Though currently underutilized, these spaces have the potential to become a standout feature of your spa experience. Surrounded by nature, open to fresh air and natural light, this location perfectly aligns with the essence of cold immersion: reconnecting with the elements and experiencing the raw, revitalizing power of nature.

By installing an ice bath here, we’re not just adding equipment — we’re transforming a quiet corner into a vibrant wellness zone. This space can be activated for guided ice bath sessions, yoga and breathwork classes, and even wellness rituals that blend perfectly with the calm of your outdoor environment.

Our goal at Pagoc Health isn’t just to sell you a product. We’re here to help you build an experience — one that your guests will remember, share, and return for. With our tailored approach, on-site support, and expertise in creating wellness-focused spaces, you can trust us to deliver something that adds real, lasting value to your hotel and its identity.

Let us bring your space to life — and make it a highlight of your guest journey.

Design Options

To fully utilise the potential of the pergola areas, we’ve developed two tailored installation concepts, both offering unique advantages and aligning with the atmosphere and flow of your garden space.

Each pergola can accommodate either:

  • One X-Large Ice Bath – a shared experience designed for up to 3 guests at once

  • Three Single Ice Baths – offering individual, private sessions within the same space

Both solutions are fully feasible, with different use cases depending on your guest preferences and operational flow.

Take a moment to zoom, rotate, and explore the model — every icy detail has been crafted to reflect elegance, precision, and the essence of refined recovery.

The first option involves placing one large-capacity ice bath in each pergola, comfortably accommodating up to 3 people at the same time. This setup is ideal for small groups, couples, or friends who wish to experience cold immersion together — enhancing the social and shared aspect of wellness.

It also provides a sleek, minimal footprint while maximizing capacity, making it easier to manage during busy hours. From a design perspective, a single statement piece in each pergola allows for clean lines and a striking, cohesive look — blending seamlessly with the natural environment and wooden structure around it.

This option is perfect for guided sessions such as breathwork or contrast therapy rituals, where multiple guests participate in a shared wellness experience.

Option 1: The XL Ice Bath

Option 2: Three Single Ice Baths

The second option introduces three individual ice baths within each pergola, offering a more personalised and private experience for your guests. This layout is ideal for those who value solitude, mindfulness, and the ability to immerse themselves fully in the practice without distraction.

By providing individual units, you create the opportunity for simultaneous solo sessions, which increases throughput during busy spa hours while also catering to guests who may prefer or require personal space — a key consideration in luxury wellness environments.

From an operational standpoint, this setup allows for greater scheduling flexibility, accommodating both back-to-back individual bookings or small group rotations. It also opens the door for guided 1-on-1 experiences, whether that’s cold immersion, focused breathing work, or recovery-focused programming.

Design with Intention

This project holds special meaning for our team, and we are fully committed to delivering a solution that not only performs but also elevates the visual and emotional experience of your guests. Every element of the design has been carefully considered to blend seamlessly with your natural surroundings, while reinforcing the identity and uniqueness of your spa.

One such example is the custom-made vent grill, where we’ve subtly engraved your spa’s logo. It’s a small detail — but one that speaks volumes. These intentional touches create a sense of belonging and familiarity, delivering a subconscious branded experience that guests will associate exclusively with your space. It’s the kind of detail that lingers in memory and quietly encourages guests to return — not just for the service, but for how it made them feel.

This is more than an installation — it’s a signature wellness feature, crafted just for you.

Our Recommendation

After evaluating both options, we recommend proceeding with Option 1 — installing one X-Large ice bath in each pergola.

This solution offers a more compact and space-efficient layout, allowing you to preserve valuable garden area for other wellness activities such as yoga sessions, breathwork classes, or relaxation zones. The design has been thoughtfully crafted to maintain a sense of privacy, with generous spacing and a clean, open view that ensures each guest enjoys a personal, yet connected experience.

From a practical standpoint, 2 X-Large units are also a more cost-effective solution in terms of both initial investment and long-term maintenance, compared to 6 separate single units. Fewer components, simpler servicing, and reduced operational complexity all contribute to a smoother and more sustainable setup.

This approach balances efficiency, elegance, and user experience, making it the ideal fit for your unique spa environment.

Alternatively, a hybrid solution can also be adopted that combines the strengths of both options:

  • 1 X-Large Ice Bath installed in one pergola

  • 3 Individual Ice Baths installed in the second pergola

Thank you once again for the opportunity to collaborate on this exciting project. We truly value the trust you’ve placed in us and are fully committed to delivering a solution that enhances your spa experience and reflects the high standards of your hotel.

We look forward to your feedback and to taking the next steps together as we bring this vision to life.
