The Recovery Station

A members' recovery club that arrives in a container. Sauna, ice bath and changing room, delivered finished, placed where people already are.

Investor concept preview August 2026 Private & confidential
01 · The object

A complete recovery ritual, pre-built.

The shell is a real 20 ft steel shipping container: chosen for cost, for durability, and because the whole model depends on the station being craned onto a truck and moved. Inside it: a six-person sauna, our ice bath, a private changing room. It needs a level space and an electricity supply. Nothing else.

02 · Inside the box

Three rooms. One ritual, in sequence.

A real 20 ft high-cube, 6.06 by 2.44 metres and 2.90 m tall. The sauna glows behind a full-height glazed end wall. The changing room sits in the middle as a double-door heat lock, so the warmth stays where it belongs. And the ice bath and shower live at the far end, where the container's own cargo doors swing the full width open: you plunge in open air, facing the sea or the mountains.

03 · Why now

Recovery moved from locker rooms to lifestyle.

Contrast therapy, the pairing of heat and cold, has crossed from professional sport into mainstream wellness. In Cyprus the demand side is visibly building, and no one owns the category.

The habit

Heat & cold, weekly

Sauna and ice bathing are now a repeated ritual people pay for, not a one-off dare.

The venues

Cyprus is expanding

Padel courts multiplying across the island, plus gyms, hotels, physios and football clubs, all competing on member experience.

The gap

No category owner

There is no branded recovery network in Cyprus. The first mover names the category.

04 · The model

Recovery as a Service.

We do not just sell the box. The station earns on a membership and booking basis: recurring revenue from a standing asset, instead of a single sale.

Memberships

Monthly plans for regulars. Predictable, recurring, compounding.

Sessions

Single bookings for visitors, tourists and first-timers who become members.

Private hire

Teams, corporate groups and events book the whole station.

Pictured: the station in a gym's parking corner, open after training. Every deployment can also be structured as a sale or lease to the host venue; the revenue model flexes per location and partner. For those who want to go deeper, the full ten-year model is open: adjust price, visits and costs and watch the returns respond.

05 · Deployment

One object, three ways to place it.

Inside a business

Business in a business

We rent a corner of a padel club, gym or hotel and run our subscription inside it. The host gains a premium amenity and foot traffic. We keep the recurring revenue.

Our own sites

Destination stations

Pagoc-operated stations on rented land in standout locations, sold direct to the public as memberships and bookings.

Venue-owned

Sold or leased

A venue buys or leases the station outright and owns the offering. We remain the manufacturer and service partner.

These are not competing strategies. They are one asset with three commercial skins, chosen per customer and location.

06 · Versatility

Everyone's finish line ends the same way.

A padel match, a training session, a mountain trail. Different people, different places, the same twenty minutes of heat and cold afterwards. One product serves all of them.

Concept film: three athletes, three settings, one station. Press play to watch.
07 · The seasonal play

Same investment.
Two businesses.

The station follows its audience through the year instead of waiting for one.

The station on a winter coastline
Winter
The seaside

Cold-season coastlines, winter sea swimmers and locals reclaiming empty beaches. Heat by the water when the water is at its coldest.

The station in the Troodos mountains in summer
Summer
The mountains

Where Cyprus escapes the heat. Alpine evenings, cool air and an ice ritual that finally makes sense in July.

This mobility is also the investor's safety net. The asset is never trapped in a failing location, a bad lease or a slow season. It moves, keeps its value and redeploys.

08 · The network

One app. Every user is a prospect for the other product.

The Pagoc.Health app runs the network: see the map, book a session, walk in. But its real job is that it is a two-way upsell engine. Whichever door a customer enters through, the app sells them the other one.

From controlling your bath at home to booking a station on the coast, one app. Concept visualisation.

Owner → subscriber

A bath owner opens our app every day to control their machine. That daily touchpoint is where we sell the next thing: a network subscription for when they travel or find themselves in another city. The hardware sale is the start of the revenue, not the end of it.

Subscriber → owner

Someone downloads the app for the subscription alone, never having owned a bath. Every session builds their habit and their history, and the app markets ownership to exactly that person: a bath for their home, or for their business.

Pictured: the same app, both jobs. The clip switches from controlling a bath at home to booking a station on the coast. Owners are sold subscriptions, subscribers are sold baths, host venues become buyers, buyers become stations. No customer leaves the funnel; they just change direction inside it.

09 · Why Pagoc

We already build the hardest part.

Pagoc.Health designs and builds ice baths from scratch in Larnaca: refrigeration engineering, filtration and cabinetry under one roof. The Recovery Station is our existing craft in a new wrapper, not a leap into someone else's product.

Manufacturer

We are not resellers. The core machine is ours, built and serviced on the island.

Live demand

An active customer base and a B2B pipeline across padel clubs, hotels, gyms, physios and football clubs.

Local moat

Being on the ground in Cyprus wins the deals importers never see: installs, service and site work.

10 · Where we are

The concept is drawn. The ground comes next.

  1. Concept and cost researchContainer design direction set, sauna and container supply mapped, first cost base assembled.
  2. Licensing conversationsOpening discussions with municipalities on land use, including coastal placements.
  3. Business planBeing finalised: site economics, membership pricing and the seasonal rotation.
  4. Founding capitalPartners for the first station, proving the model before the network scales.

12 · The invitation

Build the first station with us.

We are looking for partners who see what we see: a repeatable, relocatable recovery business with recurring revenue, built on hardware we already manufacture.
